Out Reach Club
We support children and young adults with special educational needs to access services and activities they may not be able to access independently. We can offer 1 to 1 support or you can choose to join one of our regular group activities. Only registered members can participate in our outreach facilities.,
To register please complete the application form at bottom of this page. A member of our team will meet with you to complete your ‘Support Passport’.
